Simple and delicious snack or appetizer.
The Ingredients
½ kilo Greek Feta Cheese in block (Hard preferred)
1 large tomato, sliced
1 green pepper cut in reels
1 tablespoon dry oregano
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon caper
4 small Arabic pita bread
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Arrange slices on a baking tray, dust with pepper.
2. Top each slice with one green pepper reel and one tomato slice. Drip olive oil, salt , pepper and oregano.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200º C for about 20 minutes or until become golden brown.
4. Serve warm on half pita bread, topped with caper and extra oregano.

I adore Feta, have never thought to make it this way. I always buy the soft one because I did not know how to use the hard Feta cheese, now I know and as soon as it will become a bit warmer I'll have to try it. Thanks for sharing.
